I can top all of these, although it's just a second hand account (thank god). A film major friend of mine once had to watch a Russian movie where somebody cuts off another guy's dick and eats it with a knife and fork. The cover sleeve even shows him with the utensils ready to chow down.

The various nude scenes in Life of Brian were pretty funny, particularly the bony old hermit, and Brian on the balcony.

I'm extremely glad they cut the scene from The Boondock Saints where we get a shot of Sean Patrick Flannery's ass. That was not something I would have liked to see.
