Weird Problem w/ DVD Player
This is odd...no matter what DVD I put in the player, when I watch it, it seems to move at a higher framerate than normal, and the sound is blurred and gravelly...

Sounds like you're trying to play NTSC discs in a PAL player maybe?

He lives in Philly. Standalone, and the problem only just started. I've had the player since February, and all the discs were working fine two days ago.

Have you tried pulling the plug, letting it sit for a couple of hours, plugging it back in and see if it still happens?
