Trillian is a multi-IM program, it lets you use ICQ AIM Yahoo and I think one more along with IRC in one simple little program.
MSN IM is the last one.

OK, one other rule: Deck must be at least tournament size (60 cards) . That should stop the 8-card deck of 2 Ashnod's Altars, 2 Crimson Kobolds, 2 Channels, and 2 Fireballs .
edit: make that a ten card deck. I forgot to include two mountains so the fireball can be cast
