Wait a second...

Post by YT300000 »

My Mom asked me who owned SD.net. I replied truthfully: An engineer in Toronto.

Then, a few minutes later, I stumbled across one of Wong's posts in which he mentioned that he has sex with his wife. A lot.

An engineer with a sex life. That's not right. Then the cognitive dissonance kicked in, and I rationalized that Wong must be some sort of engineer god, because otherwise the engineer stereotype would be shattered.

So, what's true, is Michael Wong some sort of super1337enginner, or do I get too little sleep?

Sounds like you've been reading too much Dilbert. Just remember, no one wants to date an engineer, but everyone wants to marry them and get engineer-like offspring.

I think he's the super1337engineer. He probably looks something like this, minus the weapon.

And here's another. And my wife and I have plenty of sex too. Dilbert is only true in so far as bosses.

Engineers get laid lots, well, the well adjusted ones do. I may be in computers but I'm in the faculty of engineering and know quite a few engineers. The dorky ones are like Dilbert, the normal ones are like Mike.

Say, do you want it to be a threesome with your wife? Or a foursome with your wife and sister-in-law? I'm up for either. :P

When you say like Mike, do you mean have sex, or have a preoccupation with anal sex?

If you think about it, it's more ironic than anything else; that an engineer is using a system for a task it's not even remotely designed for.

That reminds me, I still need to find a spare car battery to use with my old microwave oven and rifle stock to make that raygun I've been itching to build...

Well, engineers seem to have a knack for using what they got. Even if it isn't what it was made for.

That's why it requires active lubrication. Nothing that can't be solved with an expedient workaround.

Engineers don't care about what it's meant for, they care about whether it works or not for the purpose. Mmm buttsex. :D

Hey, us engineers and engineers-in-training are quite the ladies-men (or whatever you choose). We have just spread that rumor among the other males to keep the women to ourselves.
