In all seriousness, Wong is right in that it is fairly obvious that the blackout we suffered through was caused by issues regarding the grid and the regulation of the power industry than any environmental concerns the industry might have. Though you have to wonder if it is indeed true that any refit of the power plants would increase in cost due to this legislation whether the power industry would carry out what the grid most desperately needs - upgrades.

Not true it happened if germany a few years ago.
Germany had reprocessed nuclear fuel and or the byproductes of the process stolen since when exactly? Links please becuase thats a rather major fucking issue that would have been world news.
