True, I was just going for the context of the conversation.

That guy could say practically anything with a straight face- I heard about this only recently and it took some doing to find the actual link (a lot of sites talking about it had outdated C-SPAN links rather than the current one).

Bah, he could've done a better job of it by just saying he hadn't heard anything like that, rather than stepping on such a "I am either incredibly naive or think you're incredibly naive" landmine.
