You're at a party, its fun and a blast, lots of drinking going on, etc. You stumble across a chick you've been eyeing most of the night and she comes on to you - she's drunk out of her mind. You go to a private location at the party and as soon as you start making out she passes out. She's out cold and you try to wake her up but she won't.

Do you:

A) Bang her anyway, figuring that since she came on to you she was going to do it anyway.

B) Leave her in the room to sleep it off and call it bad luck on your part.

To avoid any pussy ass answers like but when she wakes me up she'll accuse me of rape she is sooo drunk and out of it that she will not wake up until the next day and remeber nothing or vague shit but not enough to incimrimnate you.

In other words gentlemen no one will know so do you drop the facade of the gentleman and get some or do you take the high road even when no one would know. BTW Did I mention she was HOT?

In my first year of university I was chilling in the lounge with my roomate after doing all my studying. 2. (Moral Reason) It's still immoral to fuck someone when they cannot consent to it. In fact I think that's pretty much the legal definition of rape.

And for that matter even if she's hitting on you drink I'd turn her down (and have done so). It's taking advantage of her and that's just wrong.
