No you can't. Romaji is merely Japanese written with the Roman alphabet. There is no L in Japanese, and there is no L in Romaji. Writing an L makes it not-Romaji.
Sì! Abbiamo un' anima! Ma è fatta di tanti piccoli robot.
You all better say "Hello" to my little friend on the left, since the M16/203 yielding person is Tony Montana (Al Pacino) from Brian De Palma's excellent 80's drug-hazed movie "Scarface"!

Isn't that the avatar that the mod-sock-puppet-troll Prometheus used?

Fly Eagles fly, on the road to victory.
Fight Eagles fight, score a touchdown 1-2-3!
Hit 'em low,
Hit 'em high,
And we'll watch our Eagles fly.
Fly Eagles fly on the road to vic-to-ry!

Before that was Independence Hall, which I started using for the Fourth of July and kept until recently, and before that was the famous Dodge ram's head, because I love Dodges.
Any city gets what it admires, will pay for, and, ultimately, deserves…We want and deserve tin-can architecture in a tinhorn culture. And we will probably be judged not by the monuments we build but by those we have destroyed.--Ada Louise Huxtable, "Farewell to Penn Station", New York Times editorial, 30 October 1963 X-Ray Blues
<-- Elhaym van Houten, Xenogears. Probably my favorite avatar, though I should probably switch back to my UGA avatar.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.
On the meaning of my avatar: it shows that i can't be arsed going out and finding a new one as i've had it from day 1!

My avatar is the battleship Pennsylvania steaming into Lingayen Gulf, Luzon in January 1945 to provide fire support for invasion of the island. The battleship Colorado is also visible following her, as is part of one of the three heavy cruisers following in the column. The image used came off warships1, though it's moderately famous for being on the cover of Jane's Fighting Ships of WW2.
As for is meaning. Well I've always liked the Pennsylvania, partly for her being named for my home state, partly for her combat power and role as fleet flagship with a two story conning tower and partly because I just like some of the photos of her such as thing one. So when I got tired of my last avatar I hunted down a copy of the photo for no real specific reason.

Is that a pic from that movie Dark Water (or something like that) by the guy that did The Ring (origional)

A couple of weeks ago I was checking out a Halloween site, (I love Halloween) and while I was looking though their masks I saw this, and thought it would make a good av.
MM's Zentraedi Warlord/CF's Original Predacon/JL's Mad Titan
The Legion of the Damned Sorceror. Nothing like a spikey haired flamethrower with the bandito mask. Plus he gets cool points for becoming a demon eventually.
I've committed the greatest sin, worse than anything done here today. I sold half my soul to the devil. -Ivan Isaac, the Half Souled Knight
The Hobgoblin from the Hobgoblin Ale label. Chose it because I've always liked the picture. Couldn't get a good quality image to fit into the restrictions though.
