Where did you run off to EmperorChrostas the Cruel? You made a claim and I demanded proof of said claim. Don't tell me your trying to get away with a bullshit claim.

I am unable to find the exsistance of said data.
I can not even find hard data on how many are in prison NOW for murder, much less the subset of life without parolees.
Given the nature of these web debates, I must concede the point. Stop here if you are an idealog.
I can't fid any evidence either way. I am sure it is out there, but this is not important enough to me that I can't shrug my shoulders and say, "I don't know. I concede."

Hard data I mean. I am a very pragmatic man, and whatever works, I'm in favour of. If the DP kills more innocent than it saves, it is a net liability.
See the point I am making, is the death peanalty is the status quo. When I get a good set of facts telling me to change sides, I do. Until then, we keep the death penalty. The burden of proof to STOP the death peanalty is on you.(DNA exoneratin work on a case by case basis ofr me)
I once again concecde, but would realy like to be proved wrong or right on the merits of my case, not what I can find on the net in 30 minute of research.It has the smell of "insuficiennt evidence," which makes you not guilty, but you still did it.(OJ)
I will accept that you will not accepet studies I have seen, but cannot relocate, in the same fasion I still saw shit on TV, even if I can't produce a video copy of what I saw go down live.
I am much interested if you can even suggest key word sequences to continue looking.
At the very least I can know I'm wrong for sure.
