This has happened on many occasions.

Somewhere out there one of you screws up a post and can't edit it, so you post a followup with corrected information, or corrected spelling, or some other change.

Then later on you come back and find your post magically fixed.

No, you are not going crazy. Well, most of you aren't.

It's just your friendly neighborhood moderator making you look less like a jackass. Why, I just edited this post twice to fix up brain-muddled screwups.

Just another useful service we provide. Aside from RUTHLESSLY CRUSHING SPAM! BWAHAHA!

It's 5:22 AM and I just thought you should know that. In case you were wondering.

This is nothing new. I've seen plenty of posts with a little colored line at the bottom saying "Fixed (this or that): (name)" It happens all the time.
