That's when you try to organize at least some semblance of squad-based teamwork on the larger attackers and then mop up the smaller ones in a comprehensive sweep through the village, killing everything that wasn't human or domesticated animals. And these N00bs seriously need to learn effective teamwork and ranged-attack combat.
