Why was TOWNMNBS even activated? His request should have been ignored, coming as it was from someone who legally does not exist for the purposes of this community. That was for ASVS.

To be honest, I doubt that the FS will be enforced should he return to ASVS. The NG needs so much life now that if he returns ASVS might briefly live again.
