this pops up every once in a while. The same debate raged years ago. Does anyone remember a photographer named David Hamilton (i think) ? The man has made a career out of taking photos on nude underage teen girls and selling collections in book format. Like a coffe table book, but with naked girls. Anyway, many people attempted to ban them, however it led to a supreme court ruling that defined what is and what isn't child pornography..... and simple nuduty is not. Kinda fucked up, i'm not sure how i feel about it.

For what it's worth NAMBLA publications are quite illegal in Canada, we Customs folks had strict instructions to confiscate the material, and we did. Personally I don't like the stuff and I wouldn't touch it, but I'm not too sure about government censorship and haven't given much thought to it.
