Those things have been around for YEARS. There was one in a Charles Bronson movie from the early eighties, it had midnight in the title...."Ten 'til Midnight", maybe?

Vibrators were one of the earlier home electric appliances, also. Folks just love touching themselves, and somebody has always been there to try and figure out a way to make money from it. :D
