Yesterday was a very good day.

I finally got my state property tax refund check (more than a month after I was supposed to).

I got an application for a new job in and a promise of an interview next week.

Betsy and I went out for dinner at Red Lobster. Lobster tail and drawn butter taste mighty fine together.

And after we got home, we sat down to watch the Twins win their second AL Central championship in a row.

All in all, a pretty good day.
