Me:

Roller Coaster Tycoon, building Uber Hedge mazes and then putting food consession's in front, and the nearest rest rooms at the exit to the maze. (Hint they are all PAY TOILETS!). Immediatly Opening a new ride without first testing it.... oh poor tourists....

Every now and then I would pick up a park guest and drop them into one of the ponds. They flail for a while and then....you know....

My brother-in-law and I own against superior AI's on Arcopolis, because we majorly tank the narrow bridges to your start islands. We'll pick Terran and Protoss, with either 4 bunkers w/2-4 siege tanks, or 16 photon cannons...

Total Annihilation, Painted Desert, 1-3 AI players, LOS: Permanent.

Rush to the big hill in the middle, and start digging in. Build a huge ring of defences and watch your Guardians 'splode enemy forces for hours on end.

Similar deal with Warzone 2100, Sk-Ziggurat, 7 AI players, (or 2vs6)

Build up impregnable fortress, and watch as improbably powerful guns tear shit out of hordes of enemy forces.

Plus the Redeemer missile sure is fun to fly around too...

I remember borrowing Roller Coaster Tycoon from a friend. I was playing the island one, and after winning I decided to play malevolent God. I spent all my money creating the most entertainers I could, all Pandas, except 1 Tiger. Then I destroyed the pathways, the rides, and broke up the islands so no one could get to a different Island...made sure no one could leave...And proceeded to drown everyone. It took me like...2 hours to do it. Made me realize why God doesn't commit mass genocide more often.

Battlefield 1942 specifically the battle of britain map. I fly a BF109 over to the factory, which is loaded with AA guns. Park my snipe-happy ass on a convienient hilltop Waaaaaay off in the distance. And pick off the fucking engineers who repari the factory/man the AA guns.
I especially love to see an Allteams message that says
"SCOUT BEHIND FACTORY!"
"Where?"
'I don't see anything"
Pop! pop! pop! go the stinky british heads.
Sometimes, I just pop em once in the leg, to let them know i'm there. Then when they hop in an AA gun, I pop em in the head. Then, I watch the "Flying pencils" Come in and unleash full bomb bays worth of axis steel and HE. when the factory is toasted, I hop in a well-placed M3A1 APC, cruise over to an allied airfield and steal a spitfire, bomb the shit out of the radar stations. and, if I get all AA'd up, I introduce the nose of my spitfire to the radar dish. Suicide run, but it gets the point

across!

C&C Tiberian Sun with the Darkworlds mod: Fortify base with Hover MLRS backed up with artillery & flame tanks. Sit back and watch the computer AI lose hundreds of units trying to get past my defences. To keep myself entertained I send out a couple groups of 5 Hover MLRS to do hit & run attacks against enemy harvesters & other targets of opportunity.

On city1 (outer courts), I lure the tanks over to the lava, turn on noclip
then I railgun them into the air until they fall into the lava
I watch em melt

Unreal Tournament:

enable boom mutator, makes players blow up redeemer style upon death
add 300 bots into dm_fractal
kill something
watch everything explode for half an hour

Killing Gungans, it should be a national pastime....
