My wrist watch wakes me up. That should remain crash free until MS figures out how to stick Windows in there....if they haven't done so already... hmmm. *looks at watch suspiciously*

I have my Tv set to come on 5 minutes before my alarm goes off.
I wake up in stages.

Funny thing at night, I got to sleep with the Tv on, Oscillating fan on me, cieling fan on, Airconditioner running, my house is a plethora of whirrs and breezes.
Now, I live in an area of town which is quite old, and the powerlines are often knocked down by trees, old trees. anyway. This tends to happen late late late at night. or early early early in the morning.
When the power drops, I  SNAP awake as surely as a bomb going off. Weird, huh? Perhaps it's conditioning...anyone have any ideas as to why this happens? Shouldn't I sleep right through it? Could it be military training kicking back in? To snap awake at a sudden change? Or does everyone do this?

Linux + UPS + reboot on hang + watchdog timer + cron job to run audio player :P

Seriously, for something that important, better get an alarm clock.

Sleep is good.
If soemhting's not so important that it works its way into my body clock at wkaes me up an hour early, or keeps me up all night in anticipation, then it's not worth getting up for to start with.

It's always fun to be sound asleep and have your cat jump up next to you and meow in your ear, 5 minutes before your alarm rings.

Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.
