Chocolate has that effect on some people, nevermind that it contains caffiene. Don't know the mechanism, but it's weird. You know how most cold meds make people drowsy? like chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine, is supposed to make adults especially drowsy. Me? Nope, turns me into a very good likeness of a crackhead on a three-day fucking bender. (thanks DL) So erratic and often disturbing behavior from someone like Hamel can be tolerated, and in most cases, excused with this knowledge.
Also given the fact Hamel's just weird.
Plus, he's had a fairly rough go of it lately. So I say, BE WEIRD HAMEL! At the very least you have Chardok's Blessing!
