that´s fairily easy. you delete the entire program and install photoshop.

you load up your picture and delete the areas you want to be transparent.

then you go to help/export transparent image and follow the steps. it´s really easy.

the other way would be to follow this tutorial, but i really recomend the first option since ms paint is a wrthless pice of shit, as you can see.

ps: you need some special version of paint. my version is not able to save as gif making the tutorial impossible.

PhotoEditor is much easier for that particular task than photoshop.

umm... how can it be easier than clicking about 2 buttons?

But as Photoeditor is part of Office, chances are he already has it.

And it's literally clicking three buttons:
"select area by colour"
(clicking to select area)
"Make transparent"

really? so it lacks all the important settings for good quality pictures such as color adjustment for web, different systems or printing.

in that case you can use photoeditor for low quality preset stuff and it´s going to take you 3 seconds.

if you use photoshop you can create highest quality images individually adjusted for their pourposes. it´s going to take 10 seconds longer though.

Well as he was using Paint, I'm guessing he doesn't want high quality stuff
