One ISD vs. the Assimilators (Stargate SG1)
Here's a little backstory:
The ISD Rage makes a blind jump to escape a shockwave from a supernova. They arrive in an unknown part of the galaxy infested with the assimilators. They don't have a clue what happened to the nearby planet, and a shuttle is sent down to investigate. After coming under attack, the crew races back to the shuttle and blasts back to the Rage. Unfortunately for the crew, some of the assimilators (including a queen) hitch a ride.
Who wins?
