Just wait and see. Asking for a custom title too soon and too often is a good way to get a title you don't want.

Kelly was the original SD.Net Flirt, which is why she got hers so early. If she wasn't the first SD chick, she was certainly one of the first and definitely was the one who received the most attention. Hence her title of Kitsune.

InnerBrat got hers sort of early, but not really. My understanding has been that your request will be considered after 1500 posts, so you are welcome to ask for a title then, but you might have to wait until 2000 posts or higher, depending on your overall contributions to the board.

But, if you troll or spam lots, or if you beg for a title, you'll get one in no time. It just won't be one you like.

It was so wrong on so many levels, but I had no clue she was 15. Probably not. That was in the first months of the board where two thousand posts made you a big shot. Still, if you stick around you'll probably get a title early.

In fact, Kelly was, for a time, the Official Mom of the board. And then .. well .. flirting happened, and she got bumped to "Kitsune."

And 2000 posts WAS a big shot thing back then... And I actually think I managed the first 2000 posts faster than anyone to date.

Of course, I'm not going to say that's necessarily true, but it's nice to think it, especially considering the likelihood.

And I still am the only one of the Top Ten that didn't join in July of last year.

A word on custom titles: it's easiest to get one if you have a "distinctive" personality on the boards. Mind you, in some cases, this distinctive personality has been a negative one, and the title has been ... uncomplimentary

But being female never hurts
