Audrey Hepburn..

Post by Trytostaydead »

Okay.. this is probably spam.. but gosh, what a beautiful lady! Sorry, I was just reading about how Angelina Jolie was "so touched" by her recent role as someone in love with a humanitarian doctor she decided to change her life and has been receiving accolades from the UN.

So I went on a reminiscient trip about Audrey Hepburn, and seriously.. is there another actress that has her serene beauty and charm? Sure, she was not even close to being the most beautiful actress.. but she had this something to her.. this innocence and beauty..

Without a doubt. She's easily one of the most beautiful women of the 20th century.

I don't have much of an opinion of her, but I've only seen her in Wait Until Dark, and I did like that.

Other than that film, I really don't have an interest in her.

now that is a woman who did not need to wear pants cut half a centimeter above her labia and a tube top cut half a centimeter below her nipples to show off her beauty.

Agreed. Simply not my type of woman.

Her hair is too big for me to be able to consider her highly beautiful.. :| Of course, that's not saying she's not... just that I can't see someone with hair that big and tight to be overly praised. :?

Well, the thing about Audrey is not so much her physical beauty but her charm. Try watching her movies..

Wait Until Dark was one of the few non-musical or comedy plays that my high school performed during my enrolement. While I didn't see the actual performance itself, one of my classes saw a preview where a few scenes were performed by the cast. Judging by that alone, I thought it was great: certainly better than the previews for stuff like West Side Story or some of the other junk they did.

They made the note before the performance that it was based on the movie with Hepburn, and so afterwards I think I checked it out from the library and later taped it when it aired on AMC (back when they didn't have commercials or edit the films).

She was one of the Holywood classics. Beauty eminated from her and she didn't have so show her body to do it. She had a class about herself.

This is my personal favorite. Grace and beauty.

There wasn't one paticular thing about her that made her so beautiful. It was the combination of great looks combined with such a sweet personality and the gracefulness that she carried herself with.
