Isn't kangaroo court one with no jurisdiction, authority, or acting outside it's own legal code?

He has every right to speak his mind, so long as that doesn't involve telling British troops to cease fighting and incite Iraqis to fight off US and UK troops.

No. these charges

he incited Arabs to fight British troops
he incited British troops to defy orders

would be sedition, not treason, and then only if people acted on his sugestion.
