Colin's right - scray films create snuggles.
Thrillers are as good as suspense films.
Some of the best sex I had was after Dog Soldiers, because, well, someone became a bit of a wolf that night. 28 Days Later also precluded sex.
The only reason to watch Titanic or other crap films is the possibility that she might get bored and start giving you a hand job or better (alhtough hand jobs are often the best you'll get in a cinema surrounded by your mates, at least off me)

Actually I will support this notion as well...movies ranging from Scream to Dawn of the Dead Have created many situations.InnerBrat wrote:Colin's right - scray films create snuggles.

Titanic only did one thing...and that was we made out in the near empty theatre because neither of us could stand the movie any longer.

...Say, would you like to go see a screening of Solaris, with George Cloony?InnerBrat wrote:Colin's right - scray films create snuggles.

Neither of these films is suitable for trying to "get it on". I'm just pointing out that "Ghost" was an action movie that thinks it's a love story, and that's not good. How often have you gotten action from watching an action movie?RogueIce wrote:But by your words, you don't want a big, deep movie if it's a "gettin' it on" flick.Darth Wong wrote:"Ghost" was a totally inferior film to "Always", which had a very similar theme. It explores its theme of death and love only on the most childishly simplistic level. While the male ghost of "Always" must learn to let go of his possessive instincts and encourage his widowed fiance to spread her wings and find happiness in the arms of another man, the male ghost of "Ghost" just wants to kick the ass of the guy who offed him, reveal himself to his widow, and then leave her hanging as he waltzes off into the sunset.
"Always" forces a difficult choice upon the male protagonist: your jealousy or your former fiance's happiness with a new man. "Ghost" neatly solves that dilemma by making the new man a murderous asshole, so Patrick Swayze gets to come in and righteously beat him up (and then kill him, whereupon he is promptly dragged to Hell by demons) in classic Hollywood style. Naturally, Ghost made far more money at the box office.
So, within the objectives set forth in this topic, wouldn't "Ghost" be the better pick?
And, as an aside, I never even heard of "Always" before, but it sounds like a good movie. I'll have to look it up sometime.
Of course, I still think the best is a light-hearted porno movie. But women can be unpredictable. If you can believe it, Rebecca was very frisky after watching "Crimson Tide" (yes, I'm talking about the submarine movie starring Denzel Washington and Gene Hackman).

Sorry, whenever someone mentions Ghost, I can only think about the Family Guy scene with Peter as a Ghostbuster running in on Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze during the clay scene and blasting Swazye,
