Since when does being the child of a murderer make you a sufficient potential candidate for committing murder that you should be aborted "just in case"? Garh, indeed.

The suggestion that his children have a 50% chance of becoming murderers wasn't made by the article.

No, it was made by some 'expert'.
He's still a moron.

Where?
Sorry, I misread. It says that having a 50% percent chance of having his genes (wrong in itself) is a good enough reason to abort.
He's still a moron.
I disagree moron isn't hard enough, he's a murdering piece of shit.

Where does it say that he's a murderer as well. It's not Neilson making that claim.

What gets me is how much of a double standard this is, especially considering who it was he killed...

So this guy kills his kids and then experts suggest that women who are possibly pregnant with this guys kids should abort (kill) them because they could share 50% of the murder's genes?
This of course implies that any of the murder's biological children would automatically grow up to be murders as well. If that is so then by killing his children the guy was actually preventing future murders so he really shouldn't be in jail since he's a hero.
By the pricking of my thumb,
Something wicked this way comes.
Open, locks,
Whoever knocks.
I'm also think that in encouraging women to abort their children this "expert" is essentially helping this guy to be the cause for killing even more of his kids by just being the reason to do so and not the person actually doing the deed.
Well, look at it this way. We probably don't want anyone stupid enough to have an abortion because of this to be breeding anyway.

wait... he killed his kids, so an expert is telling the mothers of his other possible kids to abort...

I was thinking the same thing. They seem to be implying that there's some sort of gene that automatically makes you a heartless murderer. It's like saying that if you're good at pool, your children will be good at it, regardless of whether or not they practice to me. Is there really some gene out there that makes you a heartless murderer, regardless of the environment you grew up in?
