Cup o' Joe

Post by Joe »

How do y'all like your coffee? I'm partial to Royal Cup (very tasty), house blend, with one cream and two sugars. I find that a giant mug of coffee is a great companion for long nights of studying.

I also go for some of that real fancy stuff every once and a while. Starbucks is a good treat although it's too damn expensive. Dunkin' Donuts is a much better value, in my opinion.

Ice Coffee tastes pretty great too, especially with cinnamon and sugar.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

Any generic coffee, with small milk and one sugar. Also, that fancy stuff that has hazelnuts and things in it, can't remember who makes it, but it's quite nice for a change. Just a powder though.

As for tea, maybe it's a hazard of being in America, but I'm growing rather partial to Earl Grey... and I'm liking his tea as well. ;)

Oh BTW all that spiced coffe crap, dump it. Real coffe is not spiced with nuts and stuff. And you cannot see the bottom of a filled coffe cup, if you can you got dishwater complain and get a new cup.

Milk & sugar is a preference thingy I prefer it black no sugar.

I have coffee several times a week and while Starbucks is very good, I can't justify its high cost. A dunkin donuts or your run-of-the-mill deli coffee is almost as good, and reasonable price-wise. Always with cream and sugar.

If I'm at work and brewing my own pot, I make it a little bit stronger, and use International Delight non-fat creamer, and maybe even a little skim milk to cool it down.

I luv my cup o' Joe. :D Its usually responsible for my first smile of the day.

Some nice Cafe Bustelo, loaded with about 4-6 spoons of sugar and enough milk to add a bit of thickness to the mix; then add a bit of Kahlua. Nothing like strong Dominican Coffee to wake your ass up in the morning...

I prefer my coffee when it is not really coffee but instead hot chocolate. Coffee is too bitter not matter how much sugar, milk or other flavorings I add. Hot Chocolate rules over coffee. :P

What is all this Starbucks wanking? I don't know what kind of coffee you have where you guys live, but here Starbucks is mediocre at best.

Oh and:

Black. What's the point of drinking coffee if you can't even taste the coffee.

As a tiny addition to hot chocolate. I can't stand coffee on it's own unless it's a hot day and im drinking a heavily sweetened frappé.

Black. If I wanted sugar and spice, I'd have a lot more luck with the ladies.

Oh, and Starbucks is not good coffee. Period.

I like my coffee when they take it back and bring me the tea that I ordered, which when hot I add about two sugars and an additional ~10% volume of milk. :P

But when I order green tea, there's only one way to have it: way too hot to drink for the first ten minutes. :)

Eek. Green tea tastes like spinach.

Of course, while in Tokyo I had the misfortune to taste green tea ice cream, which tasted like frozen spinach...

Coffee tastes like dirt. Tea tastes like the leaves of some damn plant, unless it's cold and sweetened with lemon.
Don't hate; appreciate!
