Ok, for all those who watch this like I do, I have a question. Are these real prank calls or is the whole thing scripted? How did you find out?

According to commercials for the show for when it first came out, it is real. Of course just because they said it is real doesn't mean that it isn't scripted.

They're all real, I think. People are generally polite and helpful like that, even with weird cases. And most of them catch on to a certain extant by the end of the call, anyway.
P.S. I love that show. The "Ed" character has me pissing myself with laughter.
