This is old news (check the link, it's nearly a month old!).

But in better news, Lexmark seems to have lost their DCMA case over a company reverse-engineering the chips in their ink cartridges to sell aftermarket ones :D

Bout damn time too. :) I'm gonna laugh if the aftermarket ones last longer too. :P You know damn well that they make them so that they say the cartrige is running low when its really maybe half empty....and then refuse to let you print afterwards. Just to get you to buy more ink cartriges.
