Very intense at times but not.

"Oh no, oh yeah, tell me how can it be so fair
That we dying younger hiding from the police man over there
Just for breathing in the air they wanna leave me in the chair
Electric shocking body rocking beat streeting me to death"
- A.B. Original, Report to the Mist
"I think it’s the duty of the comedian to find out where the line is drawn and cross it deliberately."
- George Carlin

While the accoustic version of "Voices" from Macross Plus will ALWAYS be my favourite song, I've recently been totally jamming to "Ride on Shooting Star" by a rather obscure Japanese band called The Pillows, due to its use as the ED for FLCL.
I believe in a sign of Zeta.

"And besides, who cares if a monster destroys Australia?"
Self bias resistor and Resurrection/timelessness by fear factory keep becoming my favourite songs when i'm listening to them.
But probably my most favourite at the moment would be "In Death's Embrace" by dimmu, i just love the weird bit in the middle, where it goes from guitars to some kind of pipey instrument.

"Where is my Mind" was my favorite song for over a year and the only song I ever learned how to play on the guitar. Awesome tune, and made the end of Fight Club truly memorable.
This must be something in the air cause I'm loving that tune recently too.
Besides Where is my Mind by Pixies, Schizophrenia by Sonic Youth, Let Down by Radiohead, Idioteque by Radiohead are my favorite rock&roll tunes this month.
Its probably obvious just by looking at the titles of my favorite music that my month has sucked.

Everyone loves "wheres my mind" because it capped off one of the best films of th 90's, Fight Club, and to great effect i might add.
Recently I've been playing Kamelot's "Centre of the Universe" a lot. "Trista's Fate" and "Lancelot" off of Grave Diggers Excaliber album have been getting some heavy playing too.

You remind me of the babe--what babe?
The babe with the power--what power?
The power of the voodoo--who do? You do! Do what? Remind me of the babe!
That one?

that's the one....even his goofy dance is stuck in my head now....I've seen that movie a million times (Used to be one of my faves.) I guess it's not so bad...I mean... it could be some teeny-bopper lovey dovey wankfest about broken hearts at age 16...It IS bowie, after all, never mind that the song was in a Jim Henson Movie.Zaia wrote:You remind me of the babe--what babe?

Im liking "artist in an ambulance" by Thrice and only because of the opening lyrics on the track, and some awesome bass.
in fact, thats going in my sig...Late night, brakes lock, hear the tires squeal
Red light, can't stop so I spin the wheel
My world goes black before I feel an angel lift me up
And I open bloodshot eyes into fluorescent white
They flip the siren, hit the lights, close the doors and I am gone

Where is the Love - Black Eyed Peas.
IMO that song is what Imagine would have been like if Joh Lennon was a rapper.
