Robotic vampires

I remember once seeing this old and campy movie about a future where robots/androids had taken over the world, they used human blood for power(huh?), apparently they where designed with a normal powersource, but they could not renew it, so they somehow came up with sucking peoples blood and somehow using it for energy.

It was absurd, but funny, but I can't remember it's name.
The lead roles was a woman who was trained in fighting by this other robot who was built by the original creator of all the robots, he runs on a normal powersource and his mission is to kill all the other robots before he dies.

Yeah well, thats true, it's mainly just fun because it's so absurd and laughably bad, as the linked review points out.
