If you are a hyperspace subscriber you can see it on the Official Site. I don't know if they will be repeating it again on television.

And if you live outside the United States the Cartoon Network website locks out all the movie content...

*sigh* There must be some kind of workaround for that.

Chapter 2 was out tonight.

If one thing can be said, Tarta...blah... certainly can't be blamed for downsizing things...that was quite a few troops.

Why were the separatists using Geonosian starfighters?

Aren't they in limited supply now that Geonosis is in republic hands?

not to mention, according to the new guide to vehicles (And i think the ICS) only Geonosians can fly them.

It sucks they apply the Acclamator to every situation.

There was some tendency to do this with the Imperial-class, but this is a lot worse.

The EU wants to hump the exact situation and stuff from the movies over and over. Anyone notice the predominance of the ground battles with just Acclamators and clones in the Clone Wars EU?

Yep. The first felt like a teaser, but this one was more like a real episode.

Hm, now new stuff to discuss! The ranks! I saw blue, red, and white. What happened to yellow, and what does the blue mean?

And I don't remember them having capes in the movie... And is it Arc Troopers he said? Must be a kind of special forces or something...

ARC Troopers are IIRC from the Star Wars: Republic synopsis I read pretty much Clonetrooper spec ops personally trained by Jango Fett.

EDIT: And was anyone else tempted to make a 'skinnies with RPGs' crack when they saw that droid?

Arc troopers were introduced in the battle of kamino (A comic, can't remember which)

They have capes.

Is anybody gonna answer my question?

Blue=ARC
ARC=Advanced Recon Commandos, elite units hand trained by Jango Fett. Think Navy Seals.

Blue in regular Clone Trooper sense in Leuitenant, but the ones I saw were the ARC's.

They also had a Red ARC. It looks as if he's a commander, even though I thought the ARC's were bread for their independence so there wouldn't be a need for a commander.

DELTA is known for unorthodoxy and independence in her ranks, but that doesn't mean a military unit suddenly transmogrifies into something that doesn't have a chain of command.

Well in this case it makes more sense. This is an entirely new military force, and mistakes like this are understandable. The Republic hasn't had a standing military for thousands of years, after all.

As I recall with Shatterpoint, the Republic has yet to gear up into any sort of military capacity. At this point in time we're not even a year into the war, so I wouldn't be surprised to not see a great variety of vessels. What they already have (dreadnaughts and such) would more than likely be engaged elsewhere.

The transports can't defend themselves that well. One would expect some local Dreadnoughts called over to bulk up the force.

Assuming they have a large number of dreadnoughts to play with, that is, and that those vessels they do have aren't tied up elsewhere.

Besides, its entirely possible some of those vessels I picked out in the first episode were not Acclamators but some other vessel buiilt on the same hull (perhaps a dedicated warship.) I did note that several of them looked superficially like Acclamators, but had distinct differences from the canon ship.

Edit: Besides, the Acclamator, while not a dedicated warship by any stretch of the imagination, is still quite capable of fending for itself against most threats outside of a dedicated heavy warship.

Yes, I think the best candidate is that the Acclamator-hull-type has been refitted in some cases to serve as a medium cruiser/carrier.
