Ok, as of tomorrow, my parents desert me and fly away to warmer climes.

For 2 weeks. I am trapped in this big empty house on my own for two weeks.

Now this has happened before, and due to the lack of human contact, i go a little "wacky" and do out of the ordinary things, be it dancing naked in a thunderstorm or making weird noises to make the dogs cock their heads quizzically at me.

Now, I need things to keep me occupied and regular, so i need ideas to stop me going crazy. Alternatively i shall post what crazy shit i get upto in this thread.

The person who recommends masturbation as the cure to all boredom ever gets a slap.

Sounds like a good idea, but unfortunately it's a bit impossible as:

-all friends away at uni or otherwise dead to me
-i have no transport
- i live a good two towns over from any of my friends anyway
-i live out in the "stix" as it were
-several pets and it wouldn't be fair on them.

I honestly do do crap like that when i go crazy, and it sounds like an interesting hour or so.

Regular huh? Just eat stuff with lots of fiber or take Metamucil and your shit will come out fine everyday, no constipation worries. As for keeping busy, well, you could try disassembling and reassembling your family car. And if your skills aren't quite up to that, pick another thing to take apart and put back together.

Borrow a paintball gun, make some gak... 'nuff said, hours of fun, first making the mess, then more hours finding all the shit that got sprayed all over everything. (and yes, it explodes into a zillion little chunks on impact, then liquefies, great fun, especially in 5 gallon buckets.)

Ok, well this is the summary for the fortnight of madness, day 1:

Woke up late.

Parents saying bye, they had shut the dogs in the lounge. I wave bye and then let the dogs out of the front room. It turned out that within FIVE MINUTES of being shut in there, one had time to shit behind the chair.

It was STILL WARM when i cleared it up. Yuck. So then i shut them outside in the rain for 20 minutes or so, to make sure they all crapped.

Then i found my old PE socks that are dead long and thick and cut holes in the ends for my fingers to go. Now i have some really longass glove thingies.

Stop eating for a few days. Starvation is such a wonderful thing. You will constantly be thinking of food all the time.

I barely eat anyway.

Speaking from experaince, here's what I did the last time I got left alone for about a week:

1: Doubled the number fo webcomics I read. You'd be amazed at how much time you can eat up, sitting infront of the computer, reading through three years of whatever webcomics you can find.

2: Post here.

3: Read fanfics.

That eats up loads of time, and that's all infront of the comp. Not the most intresting thing in the world, but whatever. Other fun things:

Write.

Play video gamers.

Watch SE: Lain in a single seven hour stretch. (Warning: May result in permanent brain damage due to tendency to slam head into walls afterwards)

Listen on the phone to various people ask you "When's the party?" and then laugh at them, because you are the sort of person that would never hold a party. I don't even remember the last time I did anything special for my birthday.

I'm a sad, sad man, and I happen to like it that way. Nobody I know has yet to realize that. It's rather annoying.
