I used to plax XWA and I had 17.5 SSD model, and it was cool, with 8 shield generators, 2 or 3 huge interconnecting hangars and more that i cant remember. It took a few fucking minutes to fly past it.
But now I can't play because my fucking brother broke my joystick
Anybody around here play X-Wing?

Long time ago.
Of all of them liked TIE Fighter the best, though XWA had one of the better pay-offs(Playing the MF in the best of space battles).
As for ranking, finished them all(well the B-Wing expansion for XvT)...fun games if not the funniest overpowering in a while(always loved watching my little TIE kick the crap out of a Mon Cal)

I beat both X-Wing and TIE Fighter (and their respective expansions) on the highest difficulty levels and got all possible awards on both. I think I was the Emperor's Reach in TIE Fighter, and I had a nicely decorated uniform in X-Wing.

Twas on Ace Antillies site,Ypoknons wrote:Nope not us. Matt, one of the XWAU members, has one, but it's the original XWA model resized. I think he will eventually have his much better version of the SSD - sometime between now and when we land on Mars.StarshipTitanic wrote:There's a website somewhere with a proper 17.5km SSD model. "XWA Upgrade" or something.
Yup, just checked. It's there.

They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong
But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red
