I do just about everything right handed, but I can shoot and putt ambidextrously.

What exactly do you mean by ambidextrous? I know an ambidextrous person can use both weapons effectively, but right or left handed means that, without thinking, he'll probably use that hand to do everything.

So what, an ambidextrous has a 50% chance of holding a pen with the right or the left without realizing? Or does he still prefer one over the other

Because I can grab things with my toes too and manipulate them to some extent.

I'm almost completly left-handed.

The only thing I always do right-handed is using scissors, they didn't have scissors for lef-handed kids in kindergarten.

And I can use a mouse with both my left and right hand, for games usually my right hand, for things like browser usually my left hand.

You left out the option "switched." I was supposed to be left handed, but in 1st grade I had a very old teacher. She made me use my right hand, and now I can't do much of anything with my left. Back in the old days, that was the normal practice.

And it is normal for the dominant hand to be the weaker.

Just a little gee-wiz tidbit, I spent the last 240 hours of my flight hours flying planes with my left hand on the yoke and my right on the throttle. This is standard left seat civilian flying. Now that I'm transitioning to the T-37, it's the left hand on the throttle and the right hand on the stick. At first it was fucking annoying, but now after three sorties it's really no longer a problem.

Right handed natively, trained my left hand to do everything the right one can do after I messed up the right one for a while some years ago, so I'm ambidextrous.

I can also do everything with both my left and right hand. Not only writting but I can even play Quake 3 with either of my hands and win. Usualy though I write and eat with my right hand since being muslim means you have to do certain things with your right hand.

BTW has anyone noticed the strangely high number of left handers in the poll ? I thought only 7% of all humans were left handed.
