Currently because I am on vacation a 56k,At home a 4.3mbs down/up 3.2mbs cable modem,At work a T-3 and T-1 and when I go to my night job I am on the back bone of the cable internet connections so basically I can go as fast as my network card will allow on my laptop.

My 1500/128 DSL line is starting to look puny.

It's not the download speed that bothers me, it's the upload.
