Yankee football comes in just below Aussie football and rugby, but far above soccer. Any game that lasts as long as soccer and has even the potential for a zero-zero tie is nothing I care to see.

No, because it's like India vs Pakistan. It's the rivalry, not the cup.

And that is what makes us superior to Aussie. You see, while not beating Aussie was dissapointing, we know that you cannot beat England. In the end you wont have the cup, so what does it matter if you beat us in the semi's?. Winning the cup is what matters, and it is winning the cup that is the sweetest victory of all. Aussie has mistaken beating the AB's for what actually matters.

Its perverse. Normally, I would support Aussie all the way in a crusade against the arrogance of the English, but Aussie has been a bit to big for its boots latly, and I cant make up my mind!!!!

Can I help you decide by singing you a song? This is inspirational stuff; try and contain your tears.

"Oh there once was a swagman camped in the billabongs
Under the shade of a Coolibah tree
And he sang as he looked at the old billy boiling
Who'll come a waltzing Matilda with me ....."

*sniff* Now brother! You are with us, no?

I'm really hoping that England thrash Austrailia by scoring all their points from Mike Catt drop goals, just to rub it in to all the people who have been saying Johnny Wilkinson kicks are the only thing we have.

I'm on Mackey's side here. Whilst I love the fact we beat New Zealand, I too am supporting England, mainly becasue Australia are becoming too arrogant, whenever someone does well, we accuse them of cheating or playing unfairly. Down with them I say.

It'll be great to see the city after Australia lose. :D

Sorry but I have a sadistic sense of humour.
