Hah, just wait till the fuckwit gets out of uni, and finds that all the jobs he's
eligible for are going overseas to Indian graduates who companies can pay
peanuts for...let's see him try to outcompete someone who gets paid
1/5th the money Maddox would be paid here.

Immigrants do not get paid 1/5 th of their American counterparts. Many of my relatives hold high ranking jobs in the US and they all get paid same as Americans. You are confusing low paid oddjobs done by illegal immigrants with genuine legal immigrants who work in various industries and buisnesses."
I have to tell you something everything I wrote above is a lie.

I think he's talking about IT outsourcing, not immigrants.

 Read the post. He is not talking about immigrants in the US; he is talking about companies taking their IT jobs overseas to cut costs.

Definately must be getting older. I did not find that latest installment by Maddox funny, witty, insightful, truthful, whatever at all. There's a lot that he didn't bother to account for in his statement. Economics, minimum wage/control of salary, standard of living, Federal/State regulations, immigration.. etc etc.

He doesn't account for Real Life in most of his rants~

Odd, a long time ago on another message board, someone called me a Maddox wannabe because I was bashing Naruto fanwhores that made 50 topics about the anime.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

That's an incredible picture. I think I'm in love! Can I use that in places Vertigo, if I host it myself?

As to the topic, I agree with Maddox on this. The job goes to who can do it best, if that's not YOU, it's your own damn fault.

Hah HHAHAHAH

I'd love to see Maddox explain how he expects the average American worker
to compete with overseas factories. True fact, American Companies in
Mexico are closing down their mexican plants and moving the production
facilities overseas to asian countries; because MEXICANS are too expensive.

Now, if it's too EXPENSIVE to do business with the MEXICANS of all people,
who have virtually no environmental laws, labor laws, etc etc, where does
that leave the average american worker? Right up shit creek without a paddle

Thats manufacturing, Shep. Manufacturing jobs will always be moved to the cheapest place.

And in need of a new form of knowledge to be hired. Hm, looks like this is very similar to the old antiindustrialization argument the luddites used -- its putting people out of work. Well, heres what we did when we dealt with heavy industrialization: we found other work, especially ones that involve providing services not labour.

It did clue me in, but i haven't seen anything on his site previously about him being on TV hence i am left wondering when he first appeared on TV.

I did, but i couldn't see anything about Maddox on it so i pretty much ignored it.

Nah, its one of several pics I have stored away for uses like that. :) Use it if you want, I don't care. ;) Just put it on your own server.
