Deepdock fleet vs Federation
Say a Deepdock fleet was transported to the AQ. It has its own escorts of about 100 ships from Lancers to Dreads.
Say it also had a cloning facility and had access to mines.
How long for the feds to die?

What a Deepdock Fleet is...
Deepdock Fleet, from WEG Imperial Sourcebook...
"Deepdock Fleet has an average of 280 support vessels, plus a force escort to protect the deepdock assets. Deepdock contains two deepdock complexes, the engineering corps, plus two *technical services*."
"Deepdocks are floating shipyards, able to make extensive repairs and modifications. When not repairing vessels they are building new ones to join the fleet. The smallest deepdock complex still in service has three work bays, the largest of which can hold a Victory Star Destroyer with the other two able to accommodate any ship smaller than a carrier..."
I can only assume "carrier" means escort carrier. Continued.
"Such deepdocks have huge tractor beam generators which put up to eight damaged ships on hold while waiting for a work bay to open."
"The largest deepdock now in operation is the Rendili R/M Facility Number Four, currently in the Mahrusha sector. It has 125 work bays, each of which is large enough to hold a strike cruiser. These work bays are modular, each segment joined to the other by attraction-variable Akinetic fields produced by Voorson generators larger than the drives of most combat starships."
"This allows the work bays to be combined to form larger work bays; four work bays can be joined to repair or manufacture a Victory-class Star Destroyer, 15 can be combined to work on an Imperial Star Destroyer, and 18 can be reconfigured to produce a torpedo sphere. WOrk bays are being added as quickly as Rendili can manufacture them."
"Deepdock facilities, while not as efficient as the shipyards of the major starship manufacturers, have the advantage of being hyperspace capable. This not only shortens the time required to get damaged combat starships repaired, but makes deepdocks more difficult targets for rebel attacks."
"Engineering corps is the research and development arm of the fleet, as well as the branch, containing the most esoteric technical specialists. Engineering works on construction projects involving unproven technology, develops and refines new manufacturing processes (such as deepdocks), and works feverishly to keep Imperial starship technology on par with or ahead of that of the Rebellion."
From WEG Imperial Sourcebook, page 109, Second Edition.
Force Technical Service (FTS) - contains technical and mechanical specialists who are organized by single ships. FTS has eight vessels (often Evakmar-KDY transports) devoted to getting th techs where they are needed the most. Two escort frigates accompany each FTS ship. While Naval vessels have a large number of competent specialists aboard, these are trained and equipped to maintain existing ships' systems. If a system needs to be completely replaced, or a significant modification needs to be done, FTS is called in."
"FTS cannot repair hulks which are dead in space, but they are equipped with tractor beams to return such vessels to deepdocks where they can be repaired. If the techs believe the vessel is to be a completely wreck, FTS has salvaging equipment on most vessels."
From WEG Imperial Sourcebook, page 108, Second Edition
"Force Escort - always has at least two heavy squadrons and two light squadrons, for an average of 108 ships. Force has the job of protecting commercially valuable orbital spaces or installations, as well as tracking down pirates or small bands of renegades. The Navy considers force escort to be a malleable organization, and the admiral and his staff create mission details which fit the known mission as precisely as possible. Force superiority is given the maxim 'always send enough.' Force escort is given the maxim 'never send too much.'"
From WEG Imperial Sourcebook, page 108, Second Edition
Heavy Squadron - 18 to 24 ships, half are heavy to light cruisers, rest are lighter vessels...
Light Squadron - 20 to 30 ships, light cruisers or lesser vessels...
A summary from WEG Imperial Sourcebook, page 103, Second Edition

All things being equal, there are no Star Destroyers within the Force Escort. There are some being repaired and/or manufactured, but probably not part of the organic defense.
Although deepdock fleet can manufacture warships and I can only conclude / assume that they have the capacity to manufacture everything needed for warship construction if given access to the necessary raw materials. Repairing vessels won't be a problem but if one wishes to manufacture new vessels there will be a problem of new and replacement personnel...

Ouch, Frigits are like small ISDs(32 HTLs, total instead of per side)
So bascily 1 Frigit per 15 Star-Fleet ships and still win with no damage
They have to be a whole lot more careful but they can still put it off

And with the Engineering Corps - they have their own R&D facilities. So their tech won't remain stagnant as would happen if a pure combat group was transfered over. R&D is long term, but since we're talking about conquest of a quarter of the galaxy - long term is what you want & need.
The only problem I see in an extended campaign, even if it lasts three months as one person suggested - is food and medicine. They would need a LOT of food. Having an agricultural world would help, and droids can take care of labor, etc, but during the time before that particular start-up might be a little hairy...

Here's where speed advantage comes into play, They can spend 1-2 Weeks scounting and find a nice Human or Romluan world, smash the defenses with a Frigit or two then move in a complete facility till you can get a Theater Shield or two up to protect your planet
Better to attack SF, they are much slower off the mark than the others

You're right about the speed advantage. That is something I keep forgetting about. The naked firepower is easy to visualize for me. The speed is something I must remember.
Ah, I re-read the initial post, cloning facilities? How, where would a Deep Dock Fleet have access to cloning facilities? Nevermind. For the sake of the scenario I'll accept it.

given that information
Capacity for VSD
ability to build and repair ships
R & D facilities
cloning facilites
then it would take about 6 months for these guys to devestate the fedaration

I don't think they'd need VSD's to destroy the Federation, and I think Lord Bean is right, the war would be over in a few weeks, much less than three months.
One thing I don't know is construction time - just how long does it take to build, shakedown, etc. a capital vessel from a deepdock? Say a VSD or ISD? Or even a torpedo sphere?
Torpedo Sphere, 500 proton torpedo launchers in the forward arc? Only "half" damage to non-planetary shields, but against ST, that's still a crapload of firepower. Bang.

Hmm Kuat can build ISDs in a month(Laying of Keel till completition, yes they still say Keel)One thing I don't know is construction time - just how long does it take to build, shakedown, etc. a capital vessel from a deepdock? Say a VSD or ISD? Or even a torpedo sphere?
But thats Kuat... don't know about somthing this size
*Edit
Add in, thats just one facility at Kuat, they seem to be able to build up to thirty ISDs at the same time at Kuat, but each of them will only take a month far as I can tell
