Razor for me. :)

I do have an electric, but the grill is shot so it has a tendency to nick alot...and I don't see paying $30 for a new grill that doesn't last very long. Plus, the charge on the battery barely lasts through two - three shaves. The only parts of my face I shave now are the sides of my face. I'm going to grow another goatee...only its going to be trimmed neatly short. (ie: Crais look...only without the bit under the bottom lip and above the chin))

I once used disposable razors, but since moved to the Gilette Mach 3 Turbo. It works alright. I also have an electric shaver, but find the Mach 3 gives a much closer shave. I don't know how to use a straight razor, though.

You don't need shaving cream. I don't.

I use a Gilette Mach III. Every few days though. Never going back to electric.

It's really easy if you're careful. Hold the blade at about 30-50° angle to your skin and scrape it across your face. Adjust the angle as needed to get a closer or more comfortable shave, the angle depends on how the blade is sharpened. It takes a bit of practice but as long as you don't slice yourself you'll be fine. :)

That's just it... I can't use them because they're razors, partly.. Something about them doesn't feel right.. and they shave too close for me, most of the time, besides.

Gilette Mach 3 for me. No shaving cream either it always made shaving into too much work for my tastes, not that I shave that often anyway.

How often do you guys replace your blades because I always feel I use the first ones out way to fast and then delay till the possible minute buying the replacements.

Usually razor with shaving cream.

Had an electric...problem is after a couple years it dulls too quickly.

Mach 3, usually every three days. I usually come out bleeding at least a little bit, because I hate chin stubble.

I never realised how popular the Mach 3 was till now. Only problem with razors is their damn expensive. Consider yourself lucky there Ver.

Hey! *Remembers he spent all this morning looking at ALL 46 pages of peoples pics* You've got your little goatee thing anyway! You don't have to really worry about shaving!

I use an electric, but it's irritating. I don't like shaving every day anyway, so I tend to have a bit of stubble most of the time... the electric leaves a permanent 5 o'clock shadow anyway. (I know a couple girls who like the stubble anyway... so it's all good. )

I'd use the electric, only to be told "Hey Bill, you need a shave", so eventually after I got lazy and forgot to for a couple of weeks, I decided "to hell with this" and stopped shaving altogether.

I love the mach III. I find I can hold out changing the blade for 2 or 3 weeks (I shave every other day.)

Gillette Mach 3, except for areas where I *always* cut myself, that's when i switch to my old electric, which really needs replacement as the foils/blades have never been replaced.

Mach 3 every other day. I use the gel for sensitve skin too. I had a norelco 3 head electric, but it was rough as hell and i would break out. I've heard schick has a new 4-blade razor out, i'll give it a try.

i'll use standard razors myself. only need to shave every two or three days before it starts becoming a problem. although if i get lazy and don't shave for a week or two, then i'll use an electric. i tend not to bother with shaving cream though, i've never had a need for it.

I use disposable razors (the pink ones, Daisy or something? By Bic? Maybe?), buy them by the dozen, but I use really good shaving cream. So it all evens out in the end.

I use the Gillete Mach 3 to shave.

Used to use electric but after the last electric razor I had died on me I went to the Mach 3 because I didn't have the $90 for a good electric razor.

They key to electric razors is that you have to stick with it for about 2 weeks before your face adapts or gets used to the razor so during the 2 weeks you are more likely to get poor shaves and razor burn, but after the 2 weeks you shave closer than any blade could ever get.
