2. Sebastion Shaw who played Anakin when he was unmasked has been replaced with Hayden Christenson in make-up to make him look older. Anakin has much more dialogue. He apologizes for the destruction he caused, he thanks his son for turning him back to the light, he tells his son to rebuild the Jedi and he says he loves him and his sister. Just before he dies he says, "It is finished...".

Aside from that I think this ruins the scene a bit, having Hayden makes sence, just not the additional dialoge.

A terrible thought that occured to me: the logical continuation of replacing Jeremy Bulloch's voice and all of the Stormtroopers' voices with Temeura Morrison's would be having Hayden redo all of Vader's lines.

I've got no problem with most of those, but they're obviously just completely made up. What I want to know about these fake leaks is what kind of habitual liar fucking types this shit up and pretends it's real? I would consider this type of person pretty fucking crazy.
I'm not going to be surprised if there's a "final edition", but these aren't it. There are too many things in this list which are obviously just whatever fans want (e.g. Han shoots first, bigger battles, etc.), and some stuff which seems decidedly un-Lucasian (e.g. badass Ewoks, "spruced up" Old-biwan, etc.).

I've got no problem with Vader having James Earl Jones' voice. For one thing, he just sounds more menacing than Hayden could ever manage. Like you implied, they might not have been able to duplicate his original voice when they repaired the damage from whatever fight he went through, or the change could just be one more way of stripping the last ties to his former self away from him. Of course. electronic voice masking could explain why Boba Fett doesn't sound like Jango Fett. We know he's paranoid to the nth degree and never shows his face, why not conceal his voice as well?
