My guilty favourite: Biggles: The Movie. Let's see: Shitty plot. Shitty script. Probably the shittiest soundtrack in movie history. Supremely misguided underlying concept. But...
It has the German sound weapon, which is hella cool. And the sequence where the heroes move into the test site for the weapon and observe its effects on buildings, weapons and people (the unforgettable Melted-Face Dude) - rocks. Shame it's marooned in the middle of such a dire film.

I like the first Mortal Kombat movie too. The whole set up is cool even if a lot of the acting blows and Goro is pretty lame.

The fights are better in the second movie but it's not as fun.
