"no facts involved?" How many different synonyms for "bullshit" are there?

The facts are all clearly laid out for you:
  1. Breastfeeding is completely natural. Fact.
  2. Breastfeeding does no harm to anyone. Fact.
  3. Seeing someone else breastfeeding will not harm you. Fact.
  4. Your asinine claim that it is harmful for a young child to see someone breastfeeding has absolutely no basis whatsoever in reality. Fact.
  5. It is completely unreasonable to state that something is bad unless you can explain why it is bad. Fact.
Sorry, but your "no facts" bullshit is just that: bullshit. Are you deliberately trying to be an idiot?

Embracer Of Darkness wrote:What about the women's toilets/restrooms? :? I mean... I agree that women should have the right to breast-feed their baby in a public building, but why not do it in the restroom? They're still in Burger King, they're still feeding their baby, and nobody can complain about being grossed-out. *Shrug.*
:wtf: you ever been in a ladies loo? OK, they're not the smelly, piss-all-over-the floor places that the gents are - but they're not living rooms. First off, there's no where to sit unless you want a woman to lock herself in the cubicle and sit on the toilet to let her child have lunch, in which case I'm not goign to queue for longer just because other poeple might get freaked out at seeing a breast.

I can't imagine why anyone would have a problem with this - a breastfeeding baby is one of the most beautiful things in the world, and I'm not even broody today.

I'm surprised this debate is still going on. Isn't it pretty obvious how prejudicial it is to restrict breastfeeding?

Personally, I'm surprised that it even comes up as an issue. I mean, the babies head covers up anything that anyone might consider offensive, so where's the problem?

Oh yeah, my opinion.

I don't really want to see a bunch of nasty ho's breast feeding, but I imagine that given the attitude of most people towards the act in relative public these people will be made to feel ashamed, and thus will discourage them from doing it regularly (in the res). I also don't eat at that shit shack, so it doesn't affect me. I now designate the breast feeding area the PUMP-N-SLURP!

Yeah, I pity women for not having the means to just aim and splurge without bothering to sit down. It really is nice to piss all over the floor and not give a damn. Not that I do that.

It's like when i pick my nose. Chances are there'll be some idiot who says "Will you stop that, i can't stand watching you do that." while going out of their way to stare at me. If you don't like watching me pick my nose then don't watch, it's that fucking simple!

As to why i pick my nose, it's just a habit i haven't shaken off.

Since I am a creative problem-solving type, I will adopt the innovative solution of not looking at her. Had this not occurred to you?

That's precisely the problem, fucktard. My wife was extremely upset at all of the assholes who tried to make her feel ashamed for breastfeeding our children in public. Eventually, she just got pissed off and started glaring back at them, and I would usually walk right up to them and ask what their problem is.

I do not understand what the problem is? I will be honest that when I come across it, I usually stare for a second. But I think thats cause Im a single male. But overall I dont see any reason to ban the practice.

As for nasty ho's breast feeding their kids? WTF ? Since when is a mother feeding her child nasty? Seems to me, the men who are seriously opposed to this need to do a little growing up.

To all the fucktards out there: if I ever catch you giving my future wife funny looks because she's breastfeeding, you'll be in for a world of pain. That much I promise.

At least the talibans were honest, they didn't try to defend their hatred and narrow mindness with imaginary sanitary reasons or similar bullshit.

Strangely enough, in my high school they did. Me and a bunch of my friends went on a panty raid in the girls locker rooms once and were astonished to find couches, nice carpets, new showers and a television. Aparently the girls didn't talk about it because they were afraid the boys would complain and the stuff would get taken away.

In this case it was because the parents of a female student at the school didn't want their daughter to go to school in a place with substandard facilities, so they paid to have them renovated. Some people have WAY too much money.

Here's my question: Since when was a locker room without couches and a TV considered "substandard facilities"? At least it wasn't school money that put it there.

Well the parents were worth around $200 million. Does that answer your question?

Our change rooms had a few seating benches and a non working set of showers, ideal capacity some 50-60 people. Usually packed in 100+. Damn these rich people.

Was it a private school?

Then get up and leave the fucking restaurant. It's none of your goddamned business if she wants to feed her baby.

When a baby is eating, it isn't crying. That is what i have a problem with, the damned people who insist on staying at a restaraunt and eating their meal despite the fact that their kid is screaming bloody murder, and pissing eveyone else off. If letting a woman breast feed her baby in Burger King means i get to eat my chicken sandwich in peace then so be it.
