Yay! Snow!

Post by aerius »

Woohoo!! It finally snowed! Now I'm happy, no more crappy rain and stupid weather, it finally got cold and snowed. I'd run naked through the streets in joy but freezing my genitals off is not a good thing. Instead I'll celebrate by throwing snowballs at my GF's sister and all my other chick friends before they do the same to me. Nothing like getting an early start on things.

You lucky lucky bastard. We never get snow. But I have many chick friends, so you don't beat me completely.

EDIT: We're also all going away for a week together this Saturday.

At your local travel agent or just get order up some plane tickets to Toronto, Canada from the airlines. I'd wait another month or so, the snow we got today ain't staying on the ground for long.

Now you know how it's been like here for the past month. Depressing as hell.

Doh. I have a friend who moved out there who absolutely loves it, but 1) he moved there from MA, 2) he's always been drawn to the mountains out there, and 3) he loves to ski, snowboard, have outdoor sex and do all sorts of other snow-related sports. So, it kind of works out for him.

Sorry you feel stuck. That always sucks, even if where you're stuck is pretty.

I actually have no problem with it as long as it stays up in the mountains above the (I don't know) 7k foot mark. Or atleast above the 5k mark, that makes it above my house.

i like snow. in December. after the 4th Nor'easter and half a dozen Alberta Clippers February starts to suck balls. When the storms are all snow, it's not so bad though. Those freaky New England half snow, half ice bastard storms where you need a goddamn jackhammer to get out of your driveway because the plowman dumped a pile of half melted wet snow at the entrance to your driveway and it froze solid overnight into an iceberg big enough to sink the titanic are what i don't like.

Pheh, it's already snowed once here in MA about a month back.
Now for the more important question: Did I break any rules of grammer with that sentence?

The only snow we get in the Bay Area is a light dusting on the local hill/mountain tops a half dozen times a year or so. For snow I have to drive up to the Sierra which can get anywhere from not enough, to unholy piles of it.
