Then get up and leave the fucking restaurant. It's none of your goddamned business if she wants to feed her baby.
It's also none of my business whether or not people want to come into a restaurant naked, but its still not something I want to see while I'm eating.
I don't plan on going to anywhere where I expect to see that. Nor do I plan on going anywhere where I expect any of a number of things that I don't like to see while I'm eating. It's not that I care if women breast feed in public, its simply not something I like to see while I'm trying to enjoy a meal.

So if you're sitting in a BK with your back to the table a women and her baby are seated at and the baby starts screaming. What should the women do?

How is people eating burgers any less gross than a baby drinking milk? They're the same functions of biology.

You do not have the right to not be offended. People don't have to modify their behavior just to mollify your sensibilites.

A baby drinking milk and a women breast feeding right in front of me while I'm enjoying a meal are two entirely different things. I don't want to see a man come in topless while I'm eating anymore than I do a women.

Allow me to take you out to dinner in restuarant full of naked, morbidly obese customers, then you can feel free to patronize me if you can stomach eating a meal. I have the right to be offended at whatever the hell I please.

Hmmmm like I really want to hear some kid scream his head off while I'm eating. Fuck. you.
And a hearty fuck you too dipshit. I worked in a restaurant for several years and that type of situation almost never came up, and when it did the mother never seemed to have much of a problem going outside to feed her kid for a few minutes.
You are making a false correlation comparing breast feeding to nakedness. Breast feeding is an important part of a babies health and it should not be denied under any reason. Your delicate sensibilities aren't as important as the childs needs.

There are limits to public decency. But as long as it's discrete, I wouldn't object, and I don't think that's asking too much of our society.
Whether or not something is a biological function or whatever is not really relevant; every society has certain standards of polite public conduct, and, whether you agree with them or not, you may as well just shut up and follow them. Now everyone's a winner!

Requiring a shirt and shoes in restaurants is a matter of sanitation and hygiene. When was the last time you heard about some guy catching bacteria from a woman breast-feeding her child?

That's simply asinine. A woman breast feeding her child is not a matter of public decency or conduct. The woman is not being "indecent" by giving her child food when it is fucking hungry. It's a matter of feeding a hungry fucking baby.
The only arguments I've seen against the practice of allowing women to breast-feed in restaurants can be summed up as follows. "I don't want to see it because I don't like it." Well tough fucking shit. You know what I don't like? Fat people in spandex. Maybe we should ban them from Burger King, along with those whore mothers who have the audacity to breast-feed their children without retreating to a special tent like some sort of idiotic Christian or Muslim law would require them to.

For they are unclean(goes double for the spandex tubbies)....so it is written so let it be DONE!!
Seriously, most women are very discreet when breastfeeding, such as having a towel or spit cloth hanging over the breast while feeding. And I cannot believe some people are comparing breast-feeding in public with taking a shit or pissing in public
I see the Puritan logic still have an affect on us.

Indeed you do. The right to be offended is one of the most precious rights we have. And no, I would not want to eat a meal in that restaurant. However, I would be the one offended, and I would be the person that had to leave, not everyone else.
