Why are there more male gamers than female gamers?

And that's nothing compared with our weekly LAN party, when me and my fiends go against another group of friends in every game from q3 to worms, in the same room, while smacktalking each other, and going out to eat at some restaurant as a nice big group, and taking some really nice breaks to talk about stuff. We have 2 girls in our usual group of 8, too

My girlfriend Cat is hopelessly addicted to Harvest Moon for PS2. She's beaten the game at least 5 times already within the last week!
