Yestarday, I got a call at like 3am from a drunk friend, usually 3 am calls used to mean Telemarketers, but I haven't had any of those since joining the Don't Call list.
I just checked my spam filter box... (found 3 things I wanted, out of 50+ messages)
OK when are we getting the "Don't Spam list"?
Since the Gov. aready has the "No Call list"

That's a stupid idea- it would be a list of valid email addresses for spammers to harvest... And isn't the spam bill that was passed supposed to set one of those up...?

Nah, regulation can work, you just need harsh enough penalties. Such as a good flogging for the first offense, chop off the hands for the second, then death.
