If you mean Asuka, not really. Maya and Rei are my favourite Eva characters, but I just like using Asuka for my avatars.

I like Rei because she's such a tragic character. Out of the three Children, she's had the worst life (none at all), and that scene in Episode Six where she smiles is so beautiful that it just melts my heart.

That and she's voiced by Megumi Hayashibara.

Maya is my favourite because she's so cute and I love her voice.

Yeah, I always saw the Maya/Ritsuko relationship as that of a mentor/student, not a sexual attraction. I suppose it's possible, but she would at least be bisexual as she was obviously attracted to Kaji in some subtle way.

I don't know, she didn't seem that attracted to Kaji while he tried to put the moves on her. More nervous than anything else, it seemed, particularly when Misato entered the room.

I never really saw Maya as the type who'd just say something like that out loud, considering that she is somewhat timid and shy. It might have been that she hadn't been hit on to such a degree before. Kaji is very forward, after all...
