Do you like your name? It is my name. I have no objections. Other than the fact people tend to spell it wrong.
Age: As of today (20031203.0000) 8671 days old.
Are you happy being this age? It is my age. It beats being a teenager, and is probably better than being sixty years older.
Sex:
If you could change genders...would you and why? No, I am male. Being female would involve an entirely different set of hormones, and periods. Ugh.
Occupation: Embedded electronic engineer.
Are you happy in your job/school? Why yes, yes I am.
THE QUESTIONS
1) What is your self-esteem rating out of 1-10? 7
2) Name three of your favourite TV programmes? Mail Call, Most things that come on Discovery, TLC, or the History Channel, really.
3) Name three of your favourite Albums?
Currently, I'd say AC/DC -- Live Jethro Tull -- Minstrel in the Gallery and possibly Peter Frampton -- Peter Frampton Comes Alive Mind you, this tends to change. Two weeks ago, Mandy Moore -- Coverage was up there.
4) Name three of your favourite films?
Behold, terrifying acronyms! LOTR: TTT was good. So was ST 2: TWOK and well, I can't think of a third one.
5) Describe both the physical and mental attributes of your perfect partner?
Should be somewhat shorter than I. Should have a weight appropriate to their height. I should be able to talk to them at length and in-depth.
6) If you could bring one person back from the dead(Excluding family) Who would it be and why? Bringing people back from the dead is such a hassle. I mean, you have to dig them up, resurrect them, and then explain to them everything that has happened since they died. Then you have to integrate them into the current world. It's really much less aggravation for all involved if the dead stayed that way.
7)What is your favourite chocolate bar?
Snickers
Mans Question - Have you ever said I love you to get a girl into bed?
What's the point? That only causes headaches later.
9) What is your earliest memory?
*Classified*
10) If you could have any car...what would it be?
A Toyota Matrix or Pontiac Vibe. Or a RAV4. I just want a compact station wagon that won't break down easily and has AWD. And I don't mean a Subaru.
11) Name a high point in your life...
Well, I did take a trip out to Oakland a couple weeks back to meet a friend I'd been talking to for a long time online. (I was already in California on business, so it was a short diversion) That was cool. Hmm, graduating college was somewhat cool too. And buying my own condo. And getting my first real job.
12) Name a low point in your life...
First semester of college kinda sucked. Much of high school too.
13) Cats or Dogs?
Cats.
14) Are you superstitious...If so...what of?
I am a rational man of science. Any superstitions I posess are merely manifestations of obsessive/compulsive behavior.
15) What is your interpretation of the meaning of life?
42 Oh, were you being serious? Life has no deep meaning. In fact, it's entirely meaningless, since all life will be extinct in less than a hundred billion years (and the universe will trundle on for another 10^160 years, making the Age of Life in the universe an event that executes in a single clock cycle.) Really, all you can do is live your life as you best see fit, enjoy it while it lasts and try to get to the point where you don't regret when it's done.

No. No, it is NOT a girl's name. Terry is a gender-neutral name here in the USA, and is a masculine name in England, from which my name comes. The name "Terry" has a lot of famous and successful male holders- take for intsance, Terry Gilliam of "Monty Python" fame, and Terry Pratchett, the great comedic writer. In fact, Terry comes from the Norman French name "Thierri," which translates roughly as "Ruler of the People."Terry? Isn't that a girl's name?
Asshole.

5) Describe both the physical and mental attributes of your perfect partner?
Female, hot (nothing specific, just not a cow), smart and funny (or appreciative of humor, at least). I'm sure that's real original.
6) If you could bring one person back from the dead(Excluding family) Who would it be and why?
Mozart; why the fuck not?
7)What is your favourite chocolate bar?
Butterfinger
Mans Question - Have you ever said I love you to get a girl into bed?

First time I went to Europe, when I was in 7th grade.

1) What is your self-esteem rating out of 1-10?
10 (if 10 is highest)

Re: VITAL STATISTICS...
Name: Dione (yes, like off bloody Neighbours, all you Australians/Poms)
Do you like your name? I s'pose. Got teased about it a lot at school and everyone gets it wrong.
Age: 24
Are you happy being this age? I'd rather be 24 than 16 again, if that's what you're asking
Sex? Yes please.
If you could change genders...would you and why? Hmm, maybe. On one hand, I've always been a bit of a tomboy. On the other, if I was a bloke, I'd probably get into too many fights.
Occupation: Dish-pig/unemployed lawyer
Are you happy in your job/school? No. Hope to remedy this situation soon though.
THE QUESTIONS
1) What is your self-esteem rating out of 1-10? 4 (my life is, the truth be known, a mire of doubt and self-loathing)
2) Name three of your favourite TV programmes?
Perfection is over-rated.
6) If you could bring one person back from the dead(Excluding family) Who would it be and why? You don't want to go messing with these things.
7)What is your favourite chocolate bar? Cadbury's Old Jamaica (combines chocolate & rum, two of my favourite things)
Womens Question - Does size matter? Size is nice, but it's what you do with it that matters.
9) What is your earliest memory? My earliest memory is getting up and having breakfast when I was 2. My earliest remotely interesting memory is cutting my arm open on a tea-chest, also when I was 2. Still got the scar.
10) If you could have any car...what would it be? Aston Martin 1986 Vantage Volante [drools]. See TV/movie car thread on FAN forum.
11) Name a high point in your life... Being invited to publish one of my research papers in a law journal (boring eh?)
12) Name a low point in your life... High School
13) Cats or Dogs? Dogs. Cats are pretty cool too though.
14) Are you superstitious...If so...what of? Not really. Used to be, but I got over it. However I am convinced that scary, demon-like creatures lurk in the bushes around the side of my house, waiting to pounce on me one day when I take the rubbish out.
15) What is your interpretation of the meaning of life? If I ever figure out I'll let you know. Think that "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is a pretty good creed to live by, even if you're not religious.
PS: Are you by any chance the same Beeker (or incarnation thereof) as off NS?

Name: Joe. You're not going to hear my last name, because it rhymes with part of the male reproductive system if pronounced incorrectly.
Age: 20. Not really happy to be this age, there's a lot that I should have done by now that I haven't.
Sex: Male. I probably wouldn't change, it would be harder to justify swearing like a sailor at football games/throwing shit across the room if I was female.
Occupation: University of Georgia Student, Accounting Major, hoping to eventually qualify to sit and pass the CPA Exam. I like it here a lot, and I'm happy with my major, though I'm terribly dissatisfied with my performance in it thus far. Hopefully, I can get things back on track next semester.
1) Self esteem: Eh...3. I have a very low opinion of myself. Whether that is justified or not, I do not know.
2) TV Shows: Cowboy Bebop, Scrubs, South Park.
3) Albums: Achtung Baby! (U2), Revolver (The Beatles), Ziggy Stardust (Bowie)
4) Films: Pulp Fiction, Star Wars Episode V, Ghost in the Shell.
5) Ideal partner: My height, nice figure, green eyes, brown hair, glasses. She should be about as intelligent as I am, and share my views on religion. Differing political views are OK.
6) Who would I resurrect: Albert Einstein, it seems he may have even more to contribute to civilization.
7) Chocolate Bar: Hershey's Cookies and Cream.
8] Man's Question: I've never had a woman in bed (one of the reasons I wish I wasn't 20), so I guess the answer would be a no. But I don't think I would do that, given the opportunity.
9) Earliest Memory: Sitting in the corner of my room for the first time ever when I moved into my new house at age 3, sleeping and waiting for my mattress to arrive.
10) Preferred Car: Black leather Infiniti.
11) High point of life: Winning Bands of America Grand Nationals, in 1998
12) Low point of life: Not yet getting laid, completely burning out spring 2002
13) Cats or Dogs: Dogs, dogs are true, loving, loyal companions.
14) Superstitious: Well, I hope not. That's what I'm striving for, anyway.
