Not the entire desktop, I grant you, but it's the background image, which is what counts, may not look like much but it's the sun setting on Los Angeles beach, a random snap I took with the digital camera which actually came out rather well.

Resized for conveniece. I finally got tired of the boring blue desktop and changed it, even though I only ever see it when I turn the computer on or off. I'm still not perfectly happy with it, but it'll do.

Before settling for my current desktop image, I tried using the official version but the look wasn't quite right.
