This has to be making people in Britain upset. Most Brits Ive met seem way more sensible than this.

The thing that puzzles me is why the three Muslims who overheard him would be offended. If you're a Muslim in the West, I would imagine that Osama bin Laden has done more to fuck up your life than he has most of your neighbors.

This is truly bizarre. If the person in question were to criticise his government, or Tony Blair, no-one would give a shit. But then he insults his nation's enemy, and suddenly he get's fired?

And why? Because three muslims were present. Who cares. If these muslims were offended then that would be more telling, would it not?
